Privacy Policy
AIXXII (operated by Boppart Digital, Bahnstrasse, CH-8603 Schwerzenbach, Switzerland) takes data protection seriously. This policy explains what data we collect, how we use it, and your rights under the Swiss FADP and EU GDPR.

2. What we collect
- Account data — email, name, brand/company name, profile picture (you provide)
- Usage data — orchestrations run, tools used, learning progress, workflow patterns
- Payment data — handled by Stripe (we never store credit cards directly)
- Tool integrations — OAuth tokens for connected AI tools (encrypted at rest)

3. Legal basis
- Contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)) — to provide the AIXXII service you subscribed to
- Legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)) — to improve DICI's decision engine, prevent fraud
- Consent (Art. 6(1)(a)) — marketing emails, optional analytics cookies
4. How we use your data
To deliver the service: process orchestrations, run AI tools on your behalf, track progress, generate analytics. To improve: anonymized aggregated usage data trains DICI's decision engine. We never sell your data.
5. Your rights
You have the right to access, correct, delete, port, and restrict processing of your data. Email privacy@aixxii.com to exercise these rights. We respond within 30 days.
6. Data residency
Data is stored on infrastructure in Switzerland and the EU (Supabase EU region, Vercel EU). We do not transfer data outside the EU/CH except where strictly necessary for tool integrations (which you authorize per tool).
7. Retention
Account data: kept while your account is active + 24 months after deletion (legal/tax obligation). Usage data: anonymized after 12 months. Payment data: 10 years (Swiss accounting law).
8. Children
AIXXII is for users 18+. We do not knowingly collect data from minors.
Terms of Service
By using AIXXII, you agree to these terms. They form a legal contract between you and Boppart Digital.
1. Service
AIXXII provides AI tool orchestration via DICI, tool marketplace access, learning content, app-building tools, and community features — as described on aixxii.com.
2. Account
You must provide accurate registration info. You are responsible for keeping your credentials secure. Sharing accounts violates these terms.
3. Subscription & billing
- Plans: Free, Mini (CHF 19/mo), Starter (CHF 29/mo), Pro (CHF 89/mo), Business (CHF 399/mo)
- Billed yearly with 15% discount or monthly at full rate
- Cancel anytime via account settings · effective end of current billing period
- No refunds for partial periods (Swiss consumer law exceptions apply)
4. Acceptable use
You may not: use AIXXII for illegal activities, generate harmful content (CSAM, terrorism, malware), scrape our data, reverse-engineer the platform, circumvent rate limits, or resell access without partner agreement.
5. AI-generated content
You own the output DICI generates from your prompts (subject to underlying tool licenses). You are responsible for verifying AI output before using it. AIXXII makes no guarantee of accuracy.
6. Tool integrations
When DICI uses third-party AI tools on your behalf, those tools' terms apply too. We are not liable for third-party tool failures or content.
7. Tokens & Rewards
AIXXII tokens have no cash value. They can be redeemed for premium features within the platform. Token balances may expire if your account is inactive >24 months.
8. Liability
AIXXII is provided "as is." Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid in the 12 months prior. We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.
9. Termination
Either party may terminate at any time. We may suspend accounts that violate these terms. Upon termination, you may export your data for 30 days.
10. Governing law
Swiss law applies. Disputes are resolved in Zürich courts.

Affiliate & Partner Terms
1. Eligibility
AIXXII users on Mini tier and above earn affiliate credits when their referrals upgrade to a paid plan. Tool providers listed in the marketplace participate in revenue share.
2. Commission structure
- Mini members: 3% of referral's subscription revenue
- Starter members: 5%
- Pro members: 10%
- Business members: 10% + revenue share for listed tools
3. Payout
Affiliate credits convert to platform credits or fiat payout (CHF) when balance reaches CHF 100. Payouts processed monthly via Stripe Connect or bank transfer.
4. Tool providers
Submitted tools must be original work, comply with EU AI Act, and pass our 14-day review. Approved tools receive marketplace listing + DICI routing. Revenue share: 15-25% of paid traffic AIXXII routes to your tool.
5. Cookie attribution
30-day cookie window from first referral click. Cross-device tracking via signed-in user.
6. Termination
We can terminate affiliate participation for fraud, spam, misleading claims, or trademark abuse. Earned credits remain payable.
EU AI Act & Responsible AI
AIXXII operates as a general-purpose AI orchestration system with limited risk classification under the EU AI Act (entered into force August 2024, full enforcement August 2026).
1. Transparency obligations
DICI labels all AI-generated content. Users can request "Decision Trace" to see how DICI chose tools and reached outputs. We do not use AI for high-risk decisions (hiring, credit, biometrics, etc.) on behalf of users without explicit safeguards.
2. Risk assessment
We conduct quarterly impact assessments on DICI's decision logic. Findings published in our annual Responsible AI Report (May).
3. Training data
DICI's decision engine learns from anonymized aggregated workflow patterns (not your raw prompts or outputs). You can opt out via Settings → Privacy → "Exclude my workflows from training."
4. Listed tools' compliance
Tools in the AIXXII Marketplace must self-certify EU AI Act compliance during submission. Non-compliant tools are removed within 7 days of notification.
5. Incidents & redress
If DICI causes an adverse outcome (wrong tool selection, harmful output), contact ai-incident@aixxii.com. Logged and reported per Art. 73 AI Act if applicable.
